These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall be the authoritative governing version in all cases of discrepancy or dispute.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The bod111 platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register an account and participate in any activity on the platform — including casino games, sports betting, table games, slots, and specialty games — you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Age Verification
bod111 takes its 18+ obligation seriously and maintains active age verification procedures. At registration, you will be required to confirm your date of birth. bod111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where proof of age is requested and not provided within a reasonable time frame, bod111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and to withhold any balance pending investigation.
Any Player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all bets voided, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the source payment method to the extent operationally possible. bod111 may also report the incident to relevant third parties in accordance with its safeguarding obligations.
Account Registration
To access the full range of services available on the bod111 platform, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested in the registration form.
Registration Requirements
When creating a bod111 account, you agree to provide the following information truthfully and accurately:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number that you own and have exclusive access to.
- Your date of birth, confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
- A unique, secure password of your own choosing. Passwords should not be shared with any other person.
One Account Per Player
Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bod111 platform. Creating, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held across those accounts, and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact bod111 support at [email protected] immediately to rectify the situation. bod111 treats proactive disclosure considerably more favourably than accounts detected through its own monitoring systems.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or access any other person's account without their explicit authorisation.
bod111 will never contact you by email, live chat, SMS, or telephone to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from bod111 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately. bod111 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Account Information Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information held on your account remains accurate and current at all times. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method details — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false, misleading, or out-of-date information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bod111 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed using the ৳ Taka symbol throughout the platform interface. bod111 does not currently support multi-currency accounts; your account balance is maintained in BDT at all times.
Accepted Deposit Methods
bod111 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all of which are widely used across Bangladesh:

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your bod111 balance within seconds of the transaction completing on the provider's side. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 15 minutes to two hours depending on the issuing bank and time of day. bod111 does not charge a deposit fee on any supported payment method; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bod111 bears no responsibility.
Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players wishing to deposit amounts above the standard per-transaction limit should contact [email protected] to discuss their requirements.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's own name. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to ensure that funds are returned to their rightful owner. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are processed the same day for requests received before the applicable daily processing window. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. bod111 reserves the right to apply additional processing time in cases where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced security or KYC review.
Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation submitted and approved).
- Any active bonus must have been either fully wagered through the applicable wagering requirement or forfeited voluntarily before the withdrawal can proceed.
- There must be no active investigation, chargeback dispute, or fraud review associated with your account.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current verified account balance.
Bonus & Promotions Policy

In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus amounts credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement specifies the total volume of real-money bets that must be placed using the bonus funds (and, in some cases, the qualifying deposit amount) before a cash withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are displayed clearly at the point of opt-in.
Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of credit. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Not all game types contribute equally to clearing a wagering requirement. Bonus Abuse and Misuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, bod111 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the offending account(s) without prior notice.
Promotional Changes and Withdrawal
bod111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including in response to misuse. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification or withdrawal will have their existing entitlement honoured, subject to the terms in place at the time of opt-in.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the bod111 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with these Terms and with all applicable laws.
Your Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and during any subsequent verification process.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify bod111 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling, financial transactions, and use of digital platforms.
- Engage with customer support, the KYC team, and any other bod111 representatives honestly and courteously.
- Make use of responsible gaming tools if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bod111 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:
- Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or using more than one account on the platform, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
- Fraudulent Identity: Providing false, stolen, or impersonated identification information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
- Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Collusion: Working in coordination with other Players — or with a dealer in a live game — to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
- Money Laundering: Using the bod111 platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime activity. bod111 actively monitors for suspicious transaction patterns and reports accordingly.
- Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform, without a legitimate and documented reason.
- System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform. Any Player who discovers a genuine vulnerability must report it to [email protected] immediately. Exploiting rather than reporting a vulnerability will result in permanent account closure.
- Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward bod111 staff or other players via any communication channel.
Account Suspension & Closure
bod111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Equally, Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected].
Grounds for bod111-Initiated Closure
bod111 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances, among others:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Detection of underage access or use of a false identity.
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
- Initiation of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute.
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
- Receipt of a formal legal instruction to close the account from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee deducted from the account balance at a rate notified to the Player in advance. If the account balance reaches zero and the account remains dormant, the account may be permanently closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].
Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Balance on Closure
If an account is closed at the Player's voluntary request (and not due to a breach of these Terms), any remaining verified balance — net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements — will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is initiated by bod111 due to a breach, the treatment of any balance will depend on the nature and severity of the breach and bod111's findings from any associated investigation.
Limitation of Liability
The bod111 platform is provided on an "as available" basis for entertainment purposes. While bod111 takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted, secure, and fair platform operation, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free from technical interruptions at all times.
Scope of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bod111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or related to:
- Temporary or prolonged platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, network outages, or force majeure events.
- Loss of data, account information, or transaction records resulting from circumstances beyond bod111's reasonable control.
- Decisions made by a Player regarding the amounts wagered, game selections, or betting strategies. All gambling decisions are made voluntarily and at the Player's sole risk.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any connected banking institution.
- Losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to secure their account credentials, enabling unauthorised access to their account.
- Any tax liability arising from winnings in the Player's jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations in relation to gambling winnings.
Game Results and Disputes
All game outcomes on the bod111 platform are determined by certified random number generation or by live dealer draws carried out by licensed third-party studio providers. bod111 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event that a Player disputes the result of a game, the dispute resolution process requires the Player to submit the relevant game reference number and a description of the dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the game taking place. bod111 will conduct an internal review and communicate its findings within a reasonable timeframe. The platform's technical logs are considered definitive in resolving outcome disputes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bod111 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, and software code — is the intellectual property of bod111 or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content without prior written authorisation from bod111 is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Player's use of the bod111 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international online gaming law as generally accepted in the jurisdiction of the platform's operation. bod111 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the commercial intent of the original.
